About Dan Snyder Racing

Owner Dan Snyder and his brother Tim started racing at a very young age.
They both won several national championships before moving from Buffalo,
NY to Mooresville, NC to live the racing dream. Dan made a name for himself
in the legends car business while working for Team Metrolina (Van
Wingerden's). During his 7 years at Metrolina the team won well over a
hundred races and contended for the win at every race they entered.

Finally, Dan decided it was time to do it on his own. In 2006, Dan Snyder
Racing was started. In its first year, DSR won the Young Lion Nationals,
Summer Shoot Out races, Summer Nationals, Mason Dixon, 20 weekly
races and the Race of Champions race with driver Thomas Hartensveld Jr.

With such a great first year, 2007 had high standards to reach. DSR driver
Christian PaHud would follow in Hartensfeld Jr.’s footsteps.  PaHud won the
Summer Shoot Out, Mason Dixon, Kentucky Speedway and 16 other races
during the year.  Hartensveld Jr would take the Summer Nationals for the
second year in a row.  DSR drivers Chad Hackenbracht, Charles Kiser and
Hoyt Demis would all score wins for Snyder.

2008 is going to be the best year yet.  Daniel Hemric and Hoyt Demis will run
for the National Championship in pro and masters. Chad Hackenbracht will
contend for the Summer Shoot Out title in the semi pro division before
moving on to the ARCA Series in 2009.  Brandin Wrissly will be racing in
the semi pro division and Harrison Rhodes will be racing in the Young Lions
division.  Ronnie Milroy will also be racing at Concord and the Summer
Shoot Out.
